Thanks to Predator Nutrition for selecting me to run this.
Im currently cutting, Im 24, weight 225 lbs and 6"3.
The plan will be 4 x 60 mins a.m cardio a week, with 4 x weights sessions.
My diet will mainly consist of fruit, veg and protein.
