Morning, names huxley on other various forums. I do like lifting but im not heavy into it im more of a cardio freak for now who's looking to get leaner.

I was 125kg but did drop down to 85kg, felt like death and realised lack of protein was the case im currently 89kg and looking better for it.

I do some weights doing the usual sets as you do, im just happy doing what i am for now just to see where that gets me.
