Im sure you have heard or know that tuna contains mercury, and to much can give you mercury poisoning.

So how much is to much?

Obviously. I was just interested to know how much tuna is to much for u lol

Im not eating alot. Mainly 1 can a day because i like to keep a varied diet. I was just interested incase i wanted to up it in the future etc. Just generaly interested lol
