Just had a discussion in gym with my training partner and just wondered who was right about correct technique!

We was doing smith bar behind the neck, even though I wanted to do infront as behind feels really uncomfortable! I always bring my arms down parallel so there kinda at right angles, he says I should always come lower basically touching the kneck! Just wondered who was right?

Also same question with bench press come parallel or further down? and do u always extend back to the top?

i touch my body on every rep. IMO it aint a full rep otherwise and i feel i am just ****ing in the wind if i do it any other way

for s. press the dumbell touches the delts and for chest press the dumbell touches the armpit area.

in the words of ronnie coleman: "GOTTA GET DEEEEEEEEEEEEP!"
