I know this is a very very general question.

But from your experience's and looking at it very gernerally how long does it take to see good results going from something like 25% BF to sub 10% bf and toning up? Using a good diet and training daily, with 3 weight sessions a week and at least 4 or 5 cardio sesssions thrown in.

Like i say i know its very general and depends on loads of things but how long did it take you? 6 months? 2 years?

Im aiming to get something like the cover guys on Mens health etc, just low fat and nicely toned, not massive.

Agreed Kezz, I'm 4 months (Roughly) into this & having passed the original date I'd hoped to reach goal by, I would now be happy with Christmas (About 6-7 months).
