been keeping cals high -past 3wks with verry little carbs other than whats in my veg - basicaly lean red meat ( deal with local butcher ) scrambled eggs and nutri-protein 3 shakes per day plus brocili & spinach . keep nutrients high with green jucies make my own every day..magic stuff....good old jooser.BREVILE.
