Its becoming more and more popular in society to notice postural defects, due to unsatisfactory working conditions and various health concerns.

How important is your posture to youreslf?

Personally, i tind to find myself forcing myself to sit up straight, i feel sorta "meerkat'ish" but, i dont get a sore neck or back cramp from it.

On a second note, i've learned not to neglect muscles (i.e. training more on my chest than my back, as when i'm older i may have a hunch back).

Does that impact your training.
