I'm new to forums so excuse me if I 'noob' out on you.

Current goal is to increase lean muscle mass by 1 stone over next 12 months or so. Combine low rep/high weight training at the moment but have hit a bit of a wall, no real gains for a while.

Just going to be lurking in the background stealing all the knowledge from you guys, but advice welcome. :)
