Hi new here and now going to the gym for just over 2 weeks daily. Just doing cardio running, rowing biking etc. Decided to get my finger out after a bad diet and no exersice.

Weighed in at 15 and a half stone and am 6ft. I've dropped half a stone now. My question is should I start doing stonglift 5x5 routine or stick with just doing cardio to get where I want to be , I'm amming to get down to around 13st and not be skinny , and build up from there.
