Hey Guys,

Newly joined member been in the gym for a while but only recently been dieting properly seen some good toning up...

Im thinking of a supplement diet of:-

Morning - Glutamine

Snack - Protein Shake

Post workout - Creatine

Pre workout - Creatine+protein shake mix

Before bed - Glutamine

What you reckon? Any ideas would be great?

welcome to the board. have a sniff around and you`ll soon get a general idea of what different people take supplements wise. The trick is not to go overboard, chuck loads of stuff in your body etc etc

as said above, food is the big factor
