I’m roughly 20%bf because I let myself go during the previous 6 months. I started eating sloppy and binge drinking on weekends. The plan is to get down to 85kg fitness physique. Any advice from you guy’s and girls is much appreciated.
Welcome. Only real advice you need is to get yourself in to a calorie deficit. Reduce your calorie intake, burn more calories through activity and as long as you’re in an overall deficit, you’ll lose weight. Stop eating sloppy and binge drinking and you’ll probably be able to lose a good chunk of the weight without really thinking about it.
