Thought I'd say hello everybody...

I'm a senior-senior - been lifting for around 25 years. Used to be into mass - these days try to keep that fitness model look about me, not easy while staying clean...

I like DC training - but switch back to medium volume pendulum training when my CNS start to get wrecked by DC.

Current stats? don't be silly - I'm just glad I can still make it into the gym at my age (coming upto 53 soon). Well - OK then - don't do flat benching for my shoulders - incline on smith - 110Kg for 5. Squats 100 Kg ATG for 5, deadlift - 120 Kg for 5. I'm around 72Kg with around 12% bodyfat.

I'm one of those old school types - like my squats and deads - mainly compound movements in my routine(s).

Never competed, just like to look a cut above the rest of the old men...
