Hi Everyone , been a long time out from the gym as i tore my shoulder a year ago and only now i seem to be getting back in to things as my shoulder looks like it is sorted ( fingers crossed ), my main aim is to start ripping asap as i have a high bmi since no training the last year only swimming to build back the shoulder , so im going 100% at it , i know all about training and diet from before so i decided to have all guns loaded this time in my effort to get back to where i was before thats why i joined this forum . and hope to make some friends on the forum aswell im from Ireland and it is a pleasure to be here :thumbup1:
