Hi guys. Ive been working out for 9 months now, started at weight 61kg and now 50kg. im quite short 5ft 1" but well toned. Looking to get better deffination in my arms/abs without looking like a man lol.
I try to eat very healthy, usually start the day with porridge and mix in half a scoop of phd whey protein. lunch is usually fruit and a tuna salad then dinner either steak or chicken with veg or salad then a protein shake. Any help would be much appreciated.
