hi, im new to this site, however i am not new to bodybuilding, having trained for countless years and ive entered a few shows and won a couple too on the way. Im currently on the comeback trail, not to the stage, just to being back in shape, after taking two years off. the endless spare ribs and carling have finally made me look like a fat git, so its time to hit the gym once more, ive trained twice in the past week, doing a fairly gentle routine. i managed to deadlift a mighty 20 kilos for 3 sets of ten and i must say i was blowing a bit by the end of it, but still Rome wasnt built in a day and with the right ingredients etc i should be back to where i was in no time, well thats the plan anyway! i just have this pesky elbow injury that has been with me for years, so any pressing for chest is virtually out of the question, except for seated bench press strangley enough, still enough about me. catch u later
