Hi, I'm new here and my name's Chris. I've been going to the gym on and off for a year now and due to not having a good workout plan and maybe not having a sufficient amount of protein, the results are very very slow... I'm going to Uni in 5 days so I'll have hours every day to work out, which is much better then just sitting around. I'm only 18 so I'm not sure if that plays a factor in not overdoing it

Anyways, back to needing your help. Could someone suggest a good workout timetable for just upper body with a bit of abs work, because my legs are naturally big with my calves looking a bit inhuman when tensed :p (compared to non body builders I know anyways) I'm about 5'11, 81 kg (12.75 stone) 31 inch waist with broad shoulders and any help would be much appreciated! I know you guys are probably busy doing better things, but any help would be great!
