Hi all, i am in need of trimming up big time, im weighing 13 stone 10 at the moment, im of average build but i have a bit of belly fat that i need to shift. Im currently in a job that im working stupid hours every day and i dont always get the chance to eat properly, although i do eat oats for breakfast and if i get to have lunch its a chicken or tuna sandwich with oatmeal bread and lettace, then tea time i usually have a proper meal. Please could someone sudgest a good diet for me to lose my excess fat, im in a very physical job, but i do train when i get the chance.

Hi mate, i understand you are doing a tought work and you can't eat healthy everytime but try as much as you can to avoid bread, oil, butter and mayo. No harm to eat that once or twice a week but not more.
