Hi everyone, im new to this. Im at the stage where as i need to get back into shape, as i have been out of training for some time now due to an injury. Can anyone sudjest a well balanced diet to help me ditch the flab on my belly?

If i was you id open up a thread in the getting started section and put up as much info about yourself as possible, such as current diet, height, weight and previous training experience and im sure you will get soime very informative responses!
