hi im a newbie to this bodybuilding. im a couch potato and never really exercised but now have come to realise that i need to sort myself out as am getting fat around the edges haha. it would be a great help if some could help me and tell me the best way to train to get rid of this fat and get some muscle definition maybe a work out plan would be great. i can lift heavy items so was thinking to start lifting heavy or shall i start light then work up?
