Been training a year or so, packed on three stone. Got a bit podgy in the process lol. Looking for some help loosing the fat, but still gaining muscle. Any advice would be helpfull, try,d cutting down on carbs. But was hungry all the time. Just seems like protein never fills my stomach, how do you guys get round this for comps and stuff?

I dont do comps as its too early for me and im no where near ready :p But diet comes with will power, its like going to pizza hut wiv your mates whilst their getting a meat feast and your going for a healthier version a chicken ceaser salad, you get my point? It just all comes down to how bad you want it... In my opinion though i dont think your eating too much, but the wrong food! Most people eat less than they stuposed to.... So maybe take a looka t your diet plan rather than the consumption
