Hey everyone. Don from Ireland here. Been training for quite a while now. Have a lot of info to pass on regarding training/nutrition. My father was a bb in the 80's and got to train with the legendary Tom Platz!!!

I have some crazy recipes for anyone dieting and needing a change!!

Anyway thats me!

Ok - Simple recipe today!

Protein Pancakes

10-12 egg whites

1 cup of Oatmeal

Splenda

Blend all ingredients together into a form of pancake batter

Makes about 8/9 pancakes - Sure as hell beats egg whites and porridge every day!

Top with low sugar jam and natural peanut butter if needed.

Delicious!
