I'm new to the UK scene.

My history:

I've got about 8 years of iron work behind me, and have done a couple of cycles.

I won't call myself a very experienced user of "gear", but I've done a lot of reading on the subject.

I've done a couple of cycles to great success in short - "sensible" and low doses, and I have managed to keep more gains than I've lost, with very little side effects.

Current stats:

29y / 185cm / 110kg / ~25% body fat

I've had a 2 year "break" from training, and I'm back in the gym pushing really hard to get back into shape.

The immediate future and my long term goals:

maintain >100kg with body fat as low as it can go
