Hey everyone!

Finally joined!! lol :thumb: :thumb :

I'm Jordan, 22yrs old from Teesside. Been training since i was 16. Started off at 9st7lbs, currently weighing 12st.

Current goals are to add as much lean mass as i can and to hopefully compete in the future.

With all the knowledge and advice you guys have i'm sure i can accomplish my goals.

That pic was at the end of my bulking cycle. Felt awesome, really bloated though. Got told by an amateur BB that i was consuming too much of the 'good' food. He made a few changes to my diet and the fat fell off. Lost a lot of strength though. Finally back to normal. Think most of it was an experiment really because i'd never had the need to diet. Currently a week into my 3rd cycle, upped my cals and feel great.
