Hey people, I thought I would seek advice and support from this website after reading a few forum posts I was very impressed!

Ok, here is the story so far, I've been going to the gym for the last month 5/6 times a week getting myself prepared! I have just today start on whey protein and going to do have a shake a day, any tips on that regards?

My goal is to get toned and slightly bigger, any advice welcome lol

Well that's an area that I'm struggling with tbh, I'm attempting to eat fish chicken red meat mainly by themselves. Do you have any suggestions?
