hey guys, desprately in need of help. I finished my first course 6 wks ago. It was an 8 wk course of test enanthate. Now i was very stupid and did not do my research and just trusted a so called mate who didn't tell me about the need to use a p.c.t. So i finished my course and have not taken anti e's. Over the last few days i have begun to notice puffy lil tits and also dull throbbin especially in behind my right nipple. Need advice on wot to do pls.

Take a look at the threads on here, there's lots about PCT and stuff. I'm sure there must be a few that would help. Hope you can get it sorted.

you dont even realise how much of a fool i feel. I cant feel any lumps as of yet.

not feeling as bad as yesterday but still a faint burnin sensation. Iv read that an ai may help? Really need some advice on wot could be done. Cheers

Get hold of some nolva/tamoxifen and run at 40mg for a week then drop down to 20mg for a few more weeks

Should of run the test for 12 weeks really, but that does not help you now (sorry)

No expert on gyno, but would do what G-man99 said and next time run an AI.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Yes mate as its oestrogen related from the test and as you are no longer running it then the nolva should help to bring it back to normal

Next time read up on PCT and get all your PCT stuff before starting.

yeh defo. When i do my next cycle im going to take nolv and clomid. Im able to get nolv but no idea about clomid. Can anyone help me out.
