Hi all, basically ive been in and out of the gym for 2-3 years now but running no real weight training routine. I have put on a little muscle in that time...was 10 1/2 stone, now im 12st with 22% bf at 5'7.

I wouldnt say im at the total beginner stage and i can squat and deadlift 3x5 for 100kg and bench 3x5 75kg.

Basically im in need of a decent training routine that promotes hypertrophy as i want to increase in size. I can train Sunday to Thursday. If anyone can give there opinions on this and maybe refer me to a good workout that would be ace, thanks!
