Suggest it to him... If he ignores you then laugh at him when hes drowning.. DONT help him
Haha I wish it was that simple, I've made subtle hints but he didn't bat an eyelid. I might just say it'll make work life easier and tracking who's coming in the gym we are going to be able to help them out a lot more.

Most dont like being helped, they think they run their ship perfectly.

Get him talking about Management Systems.... Tell him the other Gym down the road uses it and it makes process cleaner with no errors... Human Errors cost the most

I'll keep that in mind and you are right people make mistakes all the time
