Alright guys and girls

I have a big problem as you will agree.

I cant eat veg (can eat carrots)

not to ken on fruit (like bananas grapes oranges)

dont like cheese

All the info im a reading is saying have all the stuff i dont like OH i dont like sea food or fish (mum must not have fed me haha)

what can i do to build muscle
