'lo all :)

just joined up so figured here would be the best place to start.

been training for a few months now but been struggling lately due to crap work pattern.

when i started about 4 - 5 months ago i was 16st 8 lbs (6ft 1) and 30%bf!! felt awful and felt i looked awful which was my inspiration, now down to 15st 2lbs and 20%bf so all is gravy.

will post up in the routines section for help there :)
