Hello guys im Zac and im 19 from Shropshire UK!
I recently joined the Gym after loosing my job and suffering from depression and i found this to be a great way to get outa the house and do something.
At the minute im going to the Gym about 6 times a week for about 1 - 1.5 hours a day.
I really enjoying it but i want some pointers on how to get bigger. Im not small but just want the muscle!
If you guys could help me that would be awesome. I can also post mr training sheet and pics if wanted?
