Hi everyone!

i'm new to the community so i thought i'd just introduce myself here!

i have been bodybuilding for quite a few years now and have recently stepped up my game a bit. i have now constructed a new diet plan and am training 5 times a week at the local gym. I have a fair bit of knowledge in the bodybuilding area and nutrition especially and am looking to expand my knowledge even further, hopefully helping many people along the way!!
