Just want to say hi.Being a new member.I would love some advise please.I have been going to a gym for the past 6 months.I was overweight and managed to lose over 4 stone.I am trying to lose the fat and build lean muscle then i can bulk out.My diet is really good no drink.Plenty of protein.I am using protien extreme by maximuscle and was advised to buy some progain and take half the dose as i didn't think i was having enough of carbs.since joining the gym i am lifting twice the weight from when i started.I am doing 15 reps and between 3 and 4 sets.I see a personal trainer at my local gym.I am doing plenty of cardio work.
