Just thought if I am going to stick around here might aswell introduce myself.

I am 20, been training in a gym around 3 years now, but alot of it was cardio, not so much lifting. Turned myself around, 6 - 8 months ago, started using the weights alot more and started looking more towards decent diet and better routine whilst in the gym.

I play rugby [league] also, so that helps with my cardio side of things! But also makes me want to get bigger and stronger so much more!

Currently a law student, so consantly skint!
