So at the moment I squat twice a week, Wednesday and Sunday 3 working sets. All around 10 reps. So these sets are obviously not heavy. I could do more weight for 5 reps.

Last workout I did:

12 reps of 90kg

9 reps of 90kg

and lastly 10 reps of 80kg

Would it be a good idea to do a light squat day on a Wednesday and do 3 sets of 10, and a heavy day on Sunday and do 5 sets of 5 with a heavier weight, maybe 105kg or something like that? Cheers.

Definitely. Change of stimulus / rep range will hit different fiber types / energy systems.

Could even do:

1st day = Front Squats 5 x 5

2nd day = Back Squats 4 x 15/12/10/20

That would work quite well IMO..
