Since there is an abundance of polls on this sub forum i thought i'd ask what your favourite supersets are.Maybe give a few people some hints n tips to add a bit of variety and get some new ideas.

On leg days i like doing zercher squats then powercleans both 5x5, 60 secs rest between each superset..

For a finishing exercise i like to do d/b power snatches then sledge hammer swings, usually 10 reps each, sometimes set a timer for 5 mins and see how many sets i can do in that time..

in my experience people who train strength don't know what a superset is, they probably think its a set where you go all out to failure at super speed lol.

probably better in advanced bb
