Looking at running 20mg at first then maybe 30mg. Would you split the dose or do all in one go? Best taken before workout if so how long before?

Is it best run for a period of time as opposed to a Pre-Work out scenario?

Any views would be cool.

i ran a sust/npp eod cycle with 4 weeks of halo and had some of the best workouts and streanth ive had on any cycle, I took 10mg am and 10mg tea time, for 25 days, the pumps wre just stupid, coulnt walk at a fast pace for more than 2 mins becuase of shin spilnts and lower back pumps

exellent cycle imo

If running other stuff, i am currently running 40mg 2hr pre-workout.

Seems to do job, Halo is better for strength and agrression which you would want for workout.

Just my opinion

lol.. yearh true , i get the feel good bit and usally very happy but snap way to easy if somthimg dosent go my way or i get wound up and that put me a bad mood for ages, then im a ****
