Hi Guys,

I now have my own place, I'm making my own meals - aiming to eat at least my required calories to gain weight.

Question,

Do you advise I should try to gain weight first before hitting the gym?

All response appreciated.

Only if you like putting on fat .

Don't exercise your muscles and you won't grow.

Train and eat, make sure proteins are up. If your fat before you start, lose that first by eating less and/or preferably doing cardio.

Work out your maintenance kcal then add 500 kcal and go gym. Train hard eat well grow bigger. Very simple process
