We all started somewhere once and was a noob walking into the gym.

Why put them off with chit like wonder we are sterotyped as meatheads etc - if someone is going to the gym to improve their body (and health), regardless if it took a stupid fad like new years resolutions, they should not be discouraged.
I was a noob walking into the gym last month, had only really trained back there prior to injury haha.

Still don't know why some people insist on inductions.
