Lucky, that's what I want. Lest people, more weights.i go to a pretty small hardcore gym, hardly new members lol so im all good
I was a noob walking into the gym last month, had only really trained back there prior to injury haha.We all started somewhere once and was a noob walking into the gym.
Why put them off with chit like this...no wonder we are sterotyped as meatheads etc - if someone is going to the gym to improve their body (and health), regardless if it took a stupid fad like new years resolutions, they should not be discouraged.
