My cage etc is coming Oct/Nov.

I've been looking into flooring and it looks like I have 3 options, 1, roll out Matt, stable type of Matt. 2 the square jigsaw type of matts, typically 10mm think or 3 the more commercial rubber tiles which seem to be 15mm to 30mm.

What have you lads got in your home setups?

Cheers Phil

Years ago I bought second hand stable mats, believe they were used under astro turf so little dirty/sandy but a bargain.

Cleaned them up and laid them on gym floor with a nice new roll out anti slip ribbed rubber mat over the top.

Rubber Matting
Nice one, thanks.

Without actually knowing what you've bought, i would recommend putting a good sheet of ply or mdf in the rack to give you a solid surface when squatting. Mats etc.. are good to make deadlift platforms with and for the rest of the flooring.
