So I want to do more exercises in the gym to keep things interesting and see how my body develops. I do all my exercises every time I go to the gym which is twice a week.
At the moment I do:
Flat bench press with dumbbells 1 warmup set and 3 working sets ( high reps )
Plated rows 2 warmup sets and 2 working sets ( high reps )
leg press 2 warmup sets and 2 working sets ( high reps )
e-z bar bicep curls 1 warmup set 3 working sets ( high reps )
As you can see I like my high rep sets ( 10-20 reps ) I feel I get more out of every set that way.
I am wondering whether to try:
Flat bench press with dumbbells 1 warmup set and 1 working set ( high reps )
Incline bench press with dumbbells 1 working set ( high reps )
Decline bench press with dumbbells 1 working set ( high reps )
Plated rows 1 warmup sets and 1 working set ( high reps )
Lat pulldown 1 warmup sets and 1 working set ( high reps )
V-handle cable pulldown 1 warmup sets and 1 working set ( high reps )
leg press 2 warmup sets and 2 working set ( high reps )

cable curls 1 warmup set 1 working set ( high reps )
dumbbell curls working sets ( high reps )
Thoughts?
