I'm forming a bit of a spare tyre around the waist, and my gut sticks out slightly when I'm not standing up straight. I started at 147lbs in April and am now around 168lbs. (I'm 6'1). I don't have a bad diet, but I know its full of complex carbs like boiled potatoes and rice.

I dont want to cut because I don't think I'm big enough to warrant a cut.

I was think of doing 5 weight sessions a week, (3 currently) I am eating so many calories I don't think I would over train.

And I will run a couple of miles every morning.
