Hi,

I have been doing a PPL routine now for 4 weeks and definitely got stronger, but not bigger. What do you guys think about full upper body workout twice a week and then legs once.

Something Like:

Incline Press

Flat Bench

Lat Pull Down

Seated Row

Pull Ups

Preacher Curls

Dips

Shoulder Press

Do it with heavy weights once a week and lighter the 2nd time, then legs a different day.

Doing the diet as suggested apart from the fish oil caps. Doing the training as suggested, 1 day Back,Bi, 1 day Chest,Tri, 1 Day Legs. Only doing cardio twice a week though, not 1 hour a day as suggested :(
