whey shakes r the nicest and most convenient, white fish and and white rice is prob the fastest absorbing food you can get zero fat highest quality protein with high glycemic carbs, isnt practicle or appealing imo though.
that why most have a shake soon after finishing there last set then a decent meal when they get home

You want both fast digesting proteins and carbs with no fat :thumbup1:
Fast digesting carbs = These carbs include sugar, white-flour products such as plain bagels and white bread, and white potatoes.
Fast digesting protein = Chicken, egg whites, and white fish
