This is the diet I have planned, based on Geo's bulking diet.

Any help much appreciated,

anything I am missing ?

anything I should be changing out ?

anythign I dont need ?

Monday - Train

Meal 1 - 50g Oats, 1 banana, 25g raisins, 1 scoop progain

Meal 2 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 3 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 4 - Bolonase, Spagetti, veg

Meal 5 - Pre work out - 1 scoop progain

Meal 6 - Baked potato, 100g cottage cheese

Meal 7 - 4 whole eggs, 1 bagel, 25g cheese

Meal 8 - 1 scoop progain

Tuesday -

Meal 1 - 2 bagels, butter, honey, 1 scoop progain

Meal 2 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 3 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 4 - 4 whole eggs, 25g cheese

Meal 5 - natty peanut butter, creamed rice, 1 scoop progain

Meal 6 - Baked potato, meatballs, 25g cheese.

Meal 7 - 1 scoop progain

Wednesday - Train

Meal 1 - 50g Oats, 1 banana, 25g raisins, 1 scoop progain

Meal 2 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 3 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 4 - 3 Susages, 50g rice, veg, beans

Meal 5 - Pre work out - 1 scoop progain

Meal 6 - Baked potato, 100g cottage cheese,

Meal 7 - Small Pizza - Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Sweetcorn

Meal 8 - 1 scoop progain

Thursday -

Meal 1 - 2 bagels, butter, honey, 1 scoop progain

Meal 2 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 3 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 4 - 4 whole eggs, 30g cheese

Meal 5 - Baked potato, meatballs, 25g cheese

Meal 6 - 2 banana's, 2 bagels

Meal 7 - 1 scoop progain

Friday - Train

Meal 1 - 50g Oats, 1 banana, 25g raisins, 1 scoop progain

Meal 2 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 3 - 100g chicken, 50g rice, veg, nando's BBQ sauce

Meal 4 - Bolonase, Spagetti, veg

Meal 5 - Pre work out - 1 scoop progain

Meal 6 - Baked potato, 100g cottage cheese,

Meal 7 - cheese burger, chips, salad

Meal 8 - 2 bagels, butter, honey

Meal 9 - 1 scoop progain

I just can not stand fish, I have liek a sea food phobia, came on abuot a year ago, used to love it, now even the smell makes me gag.

Progain has worked really well for me, my biggest problem is always putting on bulk, even with this ammount of food, And its easy to drink, fast and conveniant, also at the end of the day when im full, I can still bear to woof down a pint of it.

Besides, i still have 2 tubs's left over from last time i was training. so might as well use it. I will look to take Glutamine / HMB / Creatine seperatly later into my training, but for now I have it so i might as well use it no ?

Theiving Git....... ha ha.

No probs mate, remember this diet i tailored for me, so you can change any of it, for something of the same value of prtein/carbs/fats etc.

Im always changing my diet as sometimes i'll get bored of eating the same crap all the time, but as long as im eating clean and getting enough P/C/F then im happy. :D

Puppy,

If you find you are having trouble keeping to the diet, and shopping for the stuff like I did, eat the same food every day for six days and cheat on the Sunday

A little boaring but at least you know where you stand every day and shopping is a piece of cake (not literally!)

Keep us posted with the progress...

Just a few questions!

Of what nutritional value is the bagel, if any?

And the pizza, is it home-made? Or reduced fat? Because although Pizza's are excellent for a high carb and protein intake, a lot of them have a lot of fat in them.

Seems a pretty decent diet, lots of meals so if you can eat them all then fair play.
