Iv just been looking at planning my new ckd diet, and i was just wanting to know is it ok to get your fat sources from anywhere?

Iv planned my diet and only came up with 140g fat when i was aiming for 200g but iv reached my cals total.

Am i ok to put some double cream in my shakes to add up the fat g?

1 x 50ml serving has 25g of fat and only 1g carbs.
