Getting Massive, Current PB: Squats 142.5kg x5ATG,

Gunna start doing some cardio while on a bulk, but should i be doing fasted or jus normal cardio, gunna do a light jog for around half an hour in the park.

I'm on a clean(ish)bulk & do fasted 3x a week

Still gaining well without too much fat
