Today I seen an old friend from college, the typical tall, skinny geek he was (still) lol.

Although, he's put a bit more meat on him so good for him, however the amount he's put on in nearly 18 months is seriously dissapointing (for all the hype hes been going ona bout).

I asked;

So your doing free weights now ?

"yea"

Dead lifts, squatting those good boys?

"no, I'm too big"

:cursing: WTF? be a man!

Ok so genetically he wont become a power lifter as he has very long limbs and according to my school work, longer leveres require greater force. Which is why most typical power lifters will have shorter limbs (just saying in general hah).

Have you's ever heard crap excuses for doing compound exercises or even training.
