hi, im just starting up and i have bought the extreme whey shake and was wandering if it is better to be taken with milk or water (im looking to bulk up quite a lot) if that makes a difference!

also what foods are best to help this process as i have a very high metabilism and its really hard to put weight on!!

hi mate you need a protien/weight gainer its a 2 in 1 heres a diet for you to try

MMEDIATELY upon waking up: (Around 9ish)

No2 Black (or any kind of NO2)

2 Whey isolate protein scoops

1 Fruit

1 cup of oatmeal

1 cup skim milk

Water inbetween, about 1.5 hours later TIME TO SNACK!

Snack 1 (around 11ish-11:30)

2-3 whole wheat toast,

6 egg whites (2 yellow)

1 fruit

1 table spoon of peanut butter

OR Tuna + Corn + fruit + 1 table spoon of peanut butter

OR 2 Whey scoops + 4 Rice cakes + 1 table spoon of peanut butter

Water Phase again

30 minutes before LUNCH another dose of NO2 BLACK (around 12:30-1)

Lunch TIME (1:30-2)

Chicken breast (250g min)/ Steak /Fish/Turkey

1 cup of Rice or Pasta + VEGETABLES (your new best friend)

1 MULTIVITAMIN + fish oil (optional)

Snack 2:

1 can of Tuna

1 Whole wheat Pita

Time for SOME MORE WATER +++++(2-gym)

30 minutes prior to workout BCAA (branched chain amino acids)

No2 Explode

TIme to kill the gym

IMMEDIATELY AFTER WORKOUT:

1 scoop whey protein

1 scoop casein protein

1 Tablespoon glutamine

Mixed with GATORADE

Snack 3:

2 fat free yogurts

1 Fruit

1 teaspoon of peanut butter

DINNER:

Chicken breast (250g min)/ Steak /Fish/Turkey

1 cup of Rice or Pasta + VEGETABLES (your new best friend)

1 MULTIVITAMIN + fish oil (optional)

Water

Snack 4:

6 Egg Whites

2 Yogurts (if not taken between dinner)

1 hour before sleep:

1 SCoop CASEIN PROTEIN

IMMEDIATELY BEFORE YOU SLEEP = 1 pill of ZMA (Optional)

Recommended Supplements Additional to the above diet to be included Spread out:

Creatine 10g daily

Glutamine 3 tablespoons dailys (15g)

Vitamin C 3*500mg

Vitamin E 2*400

TX4 6 caps (3*2)

well tbh i dont really have a diet, thats why i asked because i hardly eat any of that! i find it hard to eat that much during the day as i dont have much time but after work i can eat out sainsburys...

i go to the gym 3 times a week as i work late some evenings (mon,tues,thurs or mon,wed,thurs)

im 19, 6ft1 and i weigh 10-10.4(stone)

my aim is ideally a stone.

hi mrmuscle if your looking to put weight on you could try porage before bed that will help you put the weight on the diet may look a lot as i said i mix an match diets. try taking tuna pasta to work if you have a microwave thats ideal plenty of chicken i dont no if you have a costco near you but you can get 20 chicken brest for £15.
