Have done all the malaware etc and it aint touched it, still keep sending embarrassing

emails to my whole address book, any definite way of sorting it??

Could it exist on my lap top and home PC and so I have to sort both computers

out??

What AV software are you using and what OS are you on?

I use avast - it's free and is worth installing to see if it sorts your problems out..

Change your password on your email (after running a full system scan for viruses/malware whilst in safemode).

Turned out my email had been hacked and i wasn't actually infected...

My main AV software is Mcafee, but i've downloaded CCleaner, Malawarebytes, spybot s&d and Trojan remover, have run them all in safe mode but didn't work:confused1:

I had this recently. Sent viagra e mails to my parents and inlaws.

Came for opening a fake massage sent to me on facebook. It was made to look like it was from a mate saying "check this out" or something.

Slowed it right down, it would end up taking like 15mins to start up.

Ended up (not sure if it's coincedence or not) fvckin up the hard drive and after hours spent with an IT guy, tryin all sorts of tricks, running different windows packages etc, it had to go back and get repaired under warranty.

Sh1t, thats exactly whats happened to me, did you try anything prior to IT guy

I'd probably reformat and reinstall at this stage. Probably quicker and easier than trying to work out what the problem is.
